Customer Service:

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
Assist customers in finding products, providing information about product features, and offering suitable recommendations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and empathetic manner.
Ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience and leave the store satisfied.

Sales and Merchandising:

Actively promote and upsell products to customers
Maintain a good knowledge of the store's inventory and keep up-to-date with new product releases and promotions.
Ensure products are neatly displayed and shelves are adequately stocked at all times.
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays to enhance the store's overall aesthetics.

Store Maintenance:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to provide a pleasant shopping environment.
Regularly check and restock supplies such as shopping bags, receipt rolls, and other essentials.
Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the store management.

Team Collaboration:

Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Assist colleagues during peak hours or when necessary.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
High school Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates also are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact.
Familiarity with the store's products and services.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per the store's schedule.
Working hours 1030am - 830pm / Six day a week . One day Off per week .
