Key Responsibilities:

Executive Schedule Management: Oversee and coordinate the MD’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, strategic sessions, and KPI reviews.

Travel Coordination: Manage complex travel itineraries, including international and domestic flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa arrangements, ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Communication Management: Draft, review, and respond to emails, correspondence, and reports on behalf of the MD, ensuring professional and timely communication.

Management Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, compile meeting materials, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items for management and strategic meetings.

Event and Meeting Planning: Organize and coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and corporate events, including venue selection, logistics, and attendee management.

Project Management: Assist the MD with special projects, research, and data analysis, providing insights and support for strategic decision-making.

Personal Assistance: Manage personal tasks for the MD, including handling personal finances, coordinating family activities, and overseeing household management.

Confidential Information Handling: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, ensuring secure management of documents and communications.

Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including filing, document preparation, and office organization.

Event Organization & Logistics Management: Assist in managing logistics, booking venues, arranging events, and liaising with admins for events and activities.

Task Follow-ups: Track tasks assigned to Heads of Departments (HODs), ensure timely follow-ups, and report back to the MD.

Qualifications:

· Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a PA or EA to senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic industry. Open to fresh graduates who are willing to learn and smart in organizing.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

· Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, calendar management software, and travel booking systems.
