Job Summary:

The primary role of the People Experience Team is to is to coach, mentor and lead a highly agile team of People Experience Associates and People Experience Associate Specialists within the Global People Experience Shared Services team to ensure People related queries and requests are responded to in a timely manner with high quality, by leveraging technology platforms, and while focusing on high quality documentation and data integrity to deliver exceptional manager and employee experiences.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the development of team through coaching, training and development through data driven conversations.
  • Design, deliver, and monitor service level agreements for case management system and provide analysis and recommendations for improvements.
  • Key technical skills and abilities include communication, results oriented, takes ownership and is a relentless improver, all with the lens of customer empathy.
  • Work with partners within and outside the People team to deliver to performance metrics that will measure the effectiveness of service delivery.
  • Work with People Systems and Analytics team to pinpoint areas to improve the ResMed employee experience and enable efficient and effective processes
  • Interact with People Team members across the globe to collaborate, partner and provide support through the People Shared Services Hub.
  • Partners with the regional People Shared Services leads and team members to increase the scope of support provided by the regional hub over time. This role is an extension of service provided by each of the regional locations.
  • Focus on the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives that help achieve organisational mission. Implements organization strategies through the effective direction and management of employees and resources.
  • Work with team members to identify continuous improvement opportunities, drive automation and simplification that leads to operational efficiencies as well as designing processes that focuses on the employees and managers’ experiences.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience:

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
  • Sound understanding of Workday, case management and knowledge base tools.
