Job Description:
- Handle the full set of accounts and perform month-end closing in a timely manner.
- Manage income and expenditure accounts.
- Prepare and generate financial reports based on income and expenditure data.
- Oversee and manage financial and accounting software utilized by the company.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, secretarial services, bankers, suppliers, etc.
- Validate information and inputs in monthly reports to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Work independently and communicate effectively on relevant issues.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience handling full sets of accounts or in a related field.
- Degree or advanced diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a professional certification (e.g., MIA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.).
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required as many core clients are Mandarin speakers.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with excellent organizational skills.
