Job Description:

  • Handle the full set of accounts and perform month-end closing in a timely manner.
  • Manage income and expenditure accounts.
  • Prepare and generate financial reports based on income and expenditure data.
  • Oversee and manage financial and accounting software utilized by the company.
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, secretarial services, bankers, suppliers, etc.
  • Validate information and inputs in monthly reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
  • Work independently and communicate effectively on relevant issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience handling full sets of accounts or in a related field.
  • Degree or advanced diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a professional certification (e.g., MIA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required as many core clients are Mandarin speakers.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with excellent organizational skills.
