Responsibilities
- Oversee full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and Reporting, ensuring accurate reconciliations and preparation of schedules.
- Manage month-end closings and generate monthly financial reports, ensuring all journal entries, bank reconciliations, AR, and AP are posted accurately.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and systems in compliance with approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Lead annual audits and handle tax matters, ensuring smooth and timely processes.
- Coordinate with Banks, Company Secretaries, Tax Agents, Auditors, government authorities, and professional advisors on all financial and company-related matters.
- Assist with yearly inventory counts, including results reconciliation and inventory adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company business standards, safeguarding the company's operating activities.
- Plan, execute, and monitor cash flow management and payment arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of management and statutory reporting.

Requirements
- A Professional Certificate/Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the related field is required.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is required (you will be communicating with Mandarin-speaking associates).
- Knowledge in e-invoice, interbilling will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
- Able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work immediately is preferred
- Open to travel/work at Johor
