As part of Ant's globalization strategy to deliver exceptional online payment services to SME clients, we are seeking a candidate with a keen understanding of global business development and a strong sensitivity to online payment and financial risk management operations. This role offers the opportunity to design comprehensive risk management solutions for SME client onboarding and daily transaction risk monitoring. You will collaborate with global experts to enhance risk mitigation during onboarding reviews and transaction monitoring, balancing customer experience with risk control. Additionally, you will lead the establishment of local risk operation systems to support healthy business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Risk Operations Excellence: Understand business and internal processes to ensure exceptional risk operations.
  2. Fraud and AML Investigation: Develop methods for investigating fraud and AML risk cases and prepare related training for the Risk and Business teams.
  3. Customer Due Diligence: Conduct background investigations in adherence to fraud risk policies and compliance standards.
  4. Risk Analysis and Customer Experience: Systematically analyze risk characteristics and customer experience pain points, establish an internal Customer Risk Profile library, and provide feedback to improve risk policies and operational efficiency.
  5. Operational Monitoring: Monitor system efficiency and prepare intelligence reports for management review.
  6. Collaboration and Compliance: Coordinate with business units to resolve fraud and AML risk cases, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  7. Ongoing Risk Management: Support ongoing customer risk management solutions, including periodic account reviews and Enhanced Due Diligence.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, criminology, or related disciplines.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in banking, payment institutions, or financial sectors.
  3. Knowledge: Familiarity with AML and fraud risk controls, regulatory requirements, and market practices.
  4. Skills: Strong data analytical and data-driven skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Attributes: Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  6. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
