As an E- Commerce Marketing Manager, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales on the Shopee platform.
2. Managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on various channels such as social media, search engines, and affiliate networks.
3. Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
4. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to execute cross-functional marketing campaigns.
5. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
6. Leading a team of marketing professionals to ensure objectives are met and projects are delivered on time.
7. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
8. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, and influencers.
9. Developing and managing the marketing budget to achieve ROI targets and maximize resources.
10. Staying up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices to continuously enhance marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirement:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field; and experience in the e-commerce industry will be an added advantage
- At least 1 years of working experience in handling the e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required)
- Excellent command of Mandarin, and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Malay, English) will be an added advantage
