ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Financial Performance:
    • Manage budgets for the business area, ensuring financial targets are met.
    • Monitor financial performance, including sales, and operation costs and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Prepare to present financial reports and performance metrics to senior management.

    2. Sales and Market Development:

    • Drive sales growth within the designated area.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue.

    3. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.

    4. Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead, mentor and manage a team of employees within the business area.
    • Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
    • Foster a positive work environment aligned with Company Core Values, and support employee development and training initiatives.

    5. Strategic Planning and Execution:

    • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and business objectives for the area.
    • Align area-specific goals with the overall company strategy and ensure successful execution.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

    6. Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
    • Conduct regular audits, and reviews to ensure operational and financial integrity.

    7. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare and present regular reports on business area performance, including key metrics and operational outcomes.
    • Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

    EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

    • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in business management, operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving performance targets.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent financial acumen and budgeting capabilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • A retail environment with extensive travel required within the business area.
    • Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours as needed to meet objectives.
