Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze demographic, economic, and competitive factors to identify viable locations.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential shop lots; prepare detailed site assessment reports.
- Negotiate lease terms and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in business development, real estate, or related fields, preferably in retail or F&B industries.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of local real estate market.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, willingness to travel.
