Position : Recruitment Consultant

Status : 3 Months Contract (Conversable to permanent if perform)

Location : Johor Bahru, Johor

Working Days : Monday - Friday

Working Hours : 9AM - 6PM (Normal Office Hour)

Salary : RM 2000 - RM 2500

Job Responsibilities:

• Performed full spectrum of recruitment activities starting from research, sourcing, interview, offer, and operational and administrative work associated with hiring.

• Managed professional and non-professional hiring across all business functions.

• Utilized proactive and innovative sourcing strategies utilizing various techniques to meet the hiring demand of business.

• Performed wing-to-wing recruitment processes, such as managing job posting and process compliance, job launch, sourcing and screening candidates, candidate tracking, and status update to the hiring manager.

• Facilitated interview feedback sessions, prepare salary proposals, extended verbal offers, and issue Employment Agreement

• Attended intensive training that covered the topics of Leadership, Sales, Business English, Labour Law, Recruitment, And Personal Branding.

• Completed ad-hoc assignment given by managers.

•To source for suitable candidates and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client.

•To guide candidates on offering CV, interviews and counsel them with general career advice.

Manage the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond.

• Identifying market opportunity and generating leads through market research and trends.

• Contacting potential clients to secure new businesses and existing clients to secure new orders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Experience in graduate recruitment and consulting
  • Strong interview and communication skills
  • Proven track record in recruiting
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of relevant industry trends and best practices
