Job Responsibilities:
- Helping job seekers to land their dream job:
Handle end – to – end recruitment process from sourcing until placement covering candidate resumes evaluation, conducting initial interviews, qualifications, skills, and cultural fit assessment
- Dealing with new people, job roles, challenges every day:
Review and understand candidate activity, recruiting metric and process improvement opportunities
- Meeting top players in the leading industries:
Meeting up clients to get a clear understanding of their objectives and specific hiring requirements
- Building professional services portfolio:
Build and establish effective working relationships with clients and be recognised as trusted advisors by providing consultative guidance for all recruitment matters
- Developing in-depth industry knowledge and related skills:
Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and shifts in recruitment methods to provide guidance and insights to both clients and candidates
- Work with full professionalism within the latest adopted strategies:
Conduct strategic sourcing activities to identify and attract active and passive candidates
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degrees in Human Resources, Information Technology or business related discipline
- For Executive - Fresh graduate or at least 0.5 year of working experience in any field (added advantage)
- For Senior Executive - At least 1.5 year of working experience in recruitment/ TA
- For Team Lead - At least 2 years of working experience in recruitment/ TA with leadership qualities
- Can-do attitude and flexible approach with ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to adopt a consultative and customer-focused approach
- Be resourceful in hunting for information and unafraid to ask questions
What you’ll bring:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degrees in Human Resources/ Information Technology/ Psychology/ Engineering (other disciplines will be taken into consideration as well)
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition; or sound knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment cycle (preferred skills)
- Possess can-do attitude, highly adaptive and leadership mindset
- Proactive and willingness to learn mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and well verse in English and Mandarin (a plus point)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
