The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of Finance team of Shared Service Centre.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of SSC to ensure timely delivery of services in accordance with SLA
  • Monitoring the team to ensure the operations comply with internal policies
  • Provide clear direction and leadership to the team in line with strategies set by Finance dept in Hong Kong
  • Communicate with different stakeholders
  • Recruit and provide training to members of the team
  • Translate business needs into system tools to improve efficiency
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field
  • Qualified Accountant under ACCA or other professional bodies
  • At least 8 years accounting work experience, preferably experience in SSC, with at least 8 years accounting work experience, preferably experience in SSC

Requirements

  • Well-vested with accounting standards and statutory requirements
  • Sophisticated skill in MS office, especially in MS Excel and Oracle
  • Be a natural leader and have the ability to work autonomously
  • Good communications skills and working attitudes, etc
