Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding individual sales targets within the assigned business segment.
  • Develop and execute area-specific strategies or programs to expand market share and penetrate new customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer retention and acquisition.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, identifying growth opportunities and addressing any concerns within the area.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement go-to-market strategies for targeted customer segments.
  • Recommend and lead on-ground sales events to increase brand visibility and drive sales conversions.
  • Provide market intelligence, including competitor analysis and customer insights, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Perform other sales-related tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related fields is required for this position.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, ambitious, organized, with effective time management skills; mature and self-confident.
  • Ability to handle cold calling with an assertive, positive, and persistent approach.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through all mediums (verbal, listening, written).
  • Capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven by self-development and motivation for sales.
