JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze business reports, conduct research, source for information from appropriate channels.
- Prepare reports and presentations with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide general secretarial duties such as manage meeting schedules, reports, call screening, travel arrangements and any other administrative matters.
- Handle and provide full range of confidential personal assistance duties.
- Prepare official correspondence, memorandum agenda, minutes of meeting, external letters including preparation for meeting materials and facilities.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for easy reference & retrieval and safe keeping of important documents.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation & organize internal & external events.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of management and staff.
- Manage special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
- Coordinate with MD / ED on various assignments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Diploma in Secretarial, Professional Secretarial Certificate or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Powerpoint
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience portfolio with senior management personnels.
- Good communicator with strong emphasize in good English proficiency.
- Able to do translation from English into one or more other languages.
- Have strong interpersonal and people skills as you will be working with people from all walks of life.
- Flexible and versatile in work management.
- Strong coordination ability, meticulous, initiative, resourceful, tactful and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Presentable & mature with pleasant personality, self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work independently.
- Excellent planner and organiser that possses detail and deadlines oriented character.
