Welcome to Agile Delivery
You’ll be part of our Scrum Master community where you, together with your colleagues, will be frontrunners of agile transformations within our organisation. You’ll lead two teams of eight to ten talented specialists, engineers, developers, and architects in an Agile Release Train set-up. You’ll collaborate closely with the Release Train Engineer, Product Owner, other Scrum Masters, and internal and external stakeholders. As a team, we value new ideas and approaches and take pride in creating an environment where you can thrive and grow.

You’ll play an important role in:

• guiding and coaching on how to apply agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers
• leading and facilitating the Scrum processes across teams while staying aligned with the other Scrum Masters within the IT Product Line (IPL)
• supporting the team by mitigating risks, balancing capacity, establishing a clear overview of team deliveries and progress, and ensuring achievements by keeping the team on track to meet goals
• proactively responding to team issues and motivating and coaching the team to strive towards high performance, and ensuring a healthy group dynamic within a distributed environment across countries
• ensuring synergy between the Product Owner, the Scrum team and IPL leadership.

To succeed in the role, you:

• are a certified Scrum Master with an innovative and agile mindset, enabling you to employ appropriate coaching and development techniques to create a high-performing team
• are able to communicate clearly, even when addressing sensitive matters, while ensuring a healthy and sustainable team and work culture
• can recognize areas of strength within a team and are adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
• have good facilitation, negotiation, coaching, and relationship-building skills as well as situational leadership skills that enable you to navigate and help your team(s)
• have proven hands-on experience with Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies
• preferably have knowledge of IT operations and an interest in enterprise resource planning systems.
