  • Utilise various recruitment channels to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and phone screening to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing clear and timely updates and feedback.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries, foster transparency and build a favourable perception of the organisation.
  • Maintain accurate, organised and up-to-date candidate information within ATS.
  • Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activities.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, preferences and team dynamics, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition efforts and organisational efforts.
  • Provide support in developing job descriptions and defining candidate requirements.
  • Support onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation, ultimately fostering employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with various departments to complete necessary documentation and orientation.
  • Support AIC program to identify, attract and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organisation.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks related to HR and Administrations.
  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any related fields.
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR are welcomed to apply.
  • Able speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
