- Assisting the Customer Service Department in handling the inquries coming in or students registration via wazzup software and follow through
- Able and discipline to process customer status and journey using CRM software
- Ensure accurate data in specified reporting outlets
- Manage to assist for public programme administration
- Handle small presentations effectively when necessary
- Able to do any administrative or ad hoc task within the department
Requirement:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's of Mass Communication/ Hospitality/ Business Management or any related fields
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
