  • Assisting the Customer Service Department in handling the inquries coming in or students registration via wazzup software and follow through
  • Able and discipline to process customer status and journey using CRM software
  • Ensure accurate data in specified reporting outlets
  • Manage to assist for public programme administration
  • Handle small presentations effectively when necessary
  • Able to do any administrative or ad hoc task within the department

Requirement:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's of Mass Communication/ Hospitality/ Business Management or any related fields
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
