To support work at the clinic front desk, registration, and dispensary.
To handle clinic phone calls and patient’s enquiries.
To prepare, label, check and dispense medications for patients according to physician’s prescription.
To assist in consumables & medication inventory management.
To assist with drug procurement.
To provide comprehensive medication counselling to patients whenever necessary.
To provide effective care & good customer service to patients.
To support clinic housekeeping.
To assist with daily routine clinic administrative tasks.
To perform any other additional tasks as and when requested by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Pharmacy.
At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates is welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia . Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
Pleasant personality with the ability to multi-task.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
