We are a rapid growth F&B company that located at Taman Mount Austin, JB. We are looking for an experienced HR cum Account Assistant. You are welcome to join us!

Job Descriptions

  • Compiles, sorts and files documents substantiating business transactions.
  • Post business transactions, such as income and payments, to an accounting software (Autocount)
  • Verify recorded transactions to support records
  • Issue and verify invoices, payment vouchers, cheque and account statements
  • Reconcile bank statements, debtors’ statement and creditors’ statement
  • Ensure accurate processing of monthly payroll & statutory submissions (EPF, Socso, PCB...etc)
  • Keep track of employees leaves in the system
  • Assist in general admin work and HR-related work
  • Other ad-hoc assignment by superior/management whenever required

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least LCCL or Diploma.
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years of working experience in Accounts and HR
  • Responsible, honest, self-motivated and committed.
  • Knowledge of Autocount software & familiar with SQL Payroll Software would be an added advantage
  • Positive working attitude and willing to learn.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
