JOB SCOPE:

  • Handling inbound calls/emails/livechat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company's products.
  • Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their Grab services, payment issues, Grab orders, Grab Apps, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills (spoken & written)
  • SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided.

SALARY PACKAGE:

  • Basic Salary: RM1,900
  • KPI/Attendance allowance: up to RM400
  • Shift Allowance: up to RM300

WORKING HOURS:

  • Rotational shift 24/7
  • 9 hours working a day (inclusive of 1 hour break)
  • 6 working days a week with 1 day off (depending on scheduled shifts)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
