Service Technician

The Service Technician is responsible for carrying out maintenance, repair and testing of trucks. The jobholder also supports commissioning and at the customers’ premises.

Tasks:

• Maintenance, repairs and legal inspection of electrically operated, trucks. According to valid directives, safety regulations and manufacturing specifications
• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics on mechanics, hydraulics, controls and electrical industrial components. Partly in collaboration with internal and external support
• Creation and care of system documentation, parameter backups
• Testing of safety equipment as a specialist (only with attained additional qualification)
• Creation and care of maintenance lists for offer preparation
• Documentation of executed works e.g. with service reports
• Support for commissioning for VNAs
• Products + Services: Deep Knowledge of the products and services in the relevant business section.
• Knowledge on Electric, Gas trucks and Hydraulic systems
• Basic knowledge of VNAs and understanding of the higher complexity comparted to standard trucks
• Industry: Knowledge and experiences regarding processes and standards of the relevant customers.
• IT: Deep knowledge and proficient use of IT-systems within the area of responsibility (ServicePlus, MS Office, Diagnostic software, internal, Parametrization software and Documentation tools)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
