Requirement:
  • Proven experience in managing business processes, preferably within an ERP environment with 5 years’ experience.
  • Familiarity with ERP software and its functionalities is essential
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies to oversee process implementation and ensure timely delivery. Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage within the Company and facilitate training
  • Experience in change management practices to guide teams through transitions and ensure successful adoption of new processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and foster collaboration among team members
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Process Analysis and Mapping process. Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. This includes mapping current workflows and understanding how they interact with the ERP system to ensure ERP successfully implemented with the optimal business processes
  • Collaborate internally to gather and document business requirements. Ensure that either business process is adjusted to meet ERP implementation requirement or ERP is configured to meet business process needs effectively
  • Design new or improved processes that leverage the capabilities of the ERP system. This involves creating streamlined workflows that enhance productivity and reduce costs
  • Lead the implementation of new processes within the ERP framework. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that changes are executed smoothly and align with business objectives
  • Work closely with ERP vendors and ERP Project team members to oversee the configuration and implementation of the system to align with business processes
  • Support in developing and managing comprehensive ERP project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful implementation of the ERP system. This includes setting realistic goals and milestones and tracking progress against them
