Job Responsibility

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of delinquent accounts and implement appropriate collection strategies to minimize outstanding balances
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Sales and Customer Service teams, to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries related to invoicing and payments
  • Maintain accurate records of billing and collection activities, including notes on customer interactions and payment arrangements
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to any discrepancies
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on accounts receivable aging, collection efforts, and key performance metrics
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations related to accounts receivable

Job Requirements

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive fluent in Mandarin. The Account Executive will develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on building long-term partnerships. The role includes managing client accounts, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The Account Executive will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin is required
  • Experience in accounting & financing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Malaysia's banking and financial industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Experience with payment and e-wallet systems is a plus
