Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and periodically review the administrative management system to ensure optimal efficiency;
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and providing comprehensive administrative support to management;
- Coordinate the reception of visitors, arranging transportation, accommodations, and dining as needed;
- Oversee the procurement of office equipment and supplies to maintain operational effectiveness;
- Manage the company’s fleet of vehicles, as well as canteen and hostel services;
- Conduct regular inspections of the office environment to ensure a safe and productive workplace;
- Execute other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field;
- Outgoing candidate with good communication skills;
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English;
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking company.
