  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support in execution of internal and external engagement activities to align with Sime Darby Motors’ overall objectives, corporate messaging and/or brand positioning.

  • Assist in content development and management of Sime Darby Motors’ online communications channels including the website, social media channels, along with the operating units’ channels across the division.

  • Monitor sentiment and coverage of automotive industry especially EV to seek opportunity to project Sime Darby Motors as a leader in EV.

  • Work with business units across the Division and support in promoting the Sime Darby Motors brand among internal and external stakeholders on various channels and communicate key messages through storytelling.

  • Execute effective communication by utilising internal and external channels to develop and share collection of stories to engage with the employees across the Division and public.

  • Assist in daily administrative functions and requirements for Sime Darby Motors and business units.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in communications field

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field

  • Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in other languages would be an added advantage

  • Basic knowledge in digital channels including website and Google Analytics and social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel

  • Knowledge in using Adobe software such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro would be an added advantage
