We are hiring talent to join our team as Human Resources Business Partner. An Assistant Manager level position where the incumbent will be accountable in implementing people agenda across business unit aligned with organizations’ objective.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Business Unit Leader and Head of Departments for the people agenda activation covering performance management, employee relations, succession planning, talent retention, total rewards, manpower planning, and budgeting.
  • Manages and resolves employee relations issues within the business unit and conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Provide day-to-day HR Operational support like performance management guidance to line managers and employees.
  • Being the point of contact between employees and management in providing HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Analyses trends in employees’ movement and works with the centre-wide HR group to formulate necessary attraction/retention programs and policies for the business unit.
  • Analyse employee engagement survey results - solicit, gather, and analyse employees’ feedback. Work closely with Business Unit Leader to formulate strategy and action items.
  • Involve in the yearly rewards exercise collaborating with the Total Rewards team.
  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation within HR functions, such as employee engagement, performance management, etc.
  • Support change management initiatives related to digital transformation, ensuring that employees are engaged and prepared for changes in HR processes and technologies.
  • Enhance the employee experience by leveraging digital tools to streamline HR processes and improve accessibility to HR services.
  • Gather and act on employee feedback to continuously improve digital HR solutions and overall satisfaction.
  • Undertake other HR-related tasks and initiatives as required.
  • Stay abreast of emerging HR technologies and digital trends, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Continue to keep abreast with HR legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce unnecessary legal risk to the business and the overall center operation.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of working experience as HRBP/HR Generalist in a related industry with hands-on HR management experience will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in contributing to the creation, implementation & execution of people strategies for a business unit.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and coach a variety of stakeholders across business units.
  • Proficiency in using TalentOz will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in using Canva or other online design tools will be an added advantage.
