IT and Digital Internship
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to employees
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and others
- Learn and contribute to the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and software applications
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network connectivity and security protocols are maintained
- Support user account management, including account creation, modifications, and access permissions
- To support Desktop / Helpdesk team on daily ticket items
- Learn to troubleshoot BAU issues like login problems, repair/replace IP Phone, mouse, keyboard, RAM, Display and others
- Involved in all the internal processes of IT asset deploying and tracking
- Involved in internal improvement projects to streamline BAU processes for the daily IT operations
- Develop, test, and maintain ABAP programs for SAP systems, resolve issues, update documentation, collaborate on technical solutions, and support system performance and team discussions.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices, monitor performance, maintain documentation, resolve issues, and stay updated on new technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Others), Science & Technology, Networking or equivalent or a related field
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Preferred internship duration: 3 months and above
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FICO) is a plus.
- Knowledge of data dictionary objects such as tables, views, and structures in SAP.
- Basic experience with SAP ABAP tools such as ALV reporting, BAPIs, BADI, and User Exits.
- Understanding of SAP Web Dynpro, Smart Forms, or SAP Scripts is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, subnetting).
- A passion for technology and networking.
Human Resources (HR) Internship
Responsibilities
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and assessments
- Approaching potential candidates through both active and passive ways to find employees that perfect match for the company’s long-term goals
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using tracker
- Scheduling physical or virtual interviews with potential candidates and hiring managers
- Coordination with the hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Sourcing potential candidates through job portal
- Keeping in touch with candidates with updates regular and following up documentations required during the requirement process
