Job Description

As a Senior Associate, Marketing to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our luxury bag category. This role involves managing CRM, handling lead generation campaigns, and working with Shopify for e-commerce updates. You will also analyse campaign performance, run targeted email campaigns, and manage key community events like workshops and fashion events. The ideal candidate has experience in CRM, project management, digital marketing, and a passion for luxury fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition for the luxury bag category.
  • Create and manage in-app and offline CRM campaigns to engage and retain customers.
  • Activate marketing campaigns on Shopify and perform general updates on the e-commerce store.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target key customer segments and markets.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and provide insights to optimise marketing efforts.
  • Oversee updates on Shopify and email marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate community events such as workshops and fashion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop marketing strategies and content.
  • Work with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content that align with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in CRM tools such as Sleekflow, Hubspot etc, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of the consumer market.
