Job Description Summary
The Commercial Support Specialist, SEA6 role will be responsible for supporting commercial operations across the SEA6 region, including Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, and Brunei.
The role will be reporting to the Commercial Support Leader, SEA6 to drive commercial excellence and customer experience across all daily engagements with customers.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination with external stakeholders in field marketing activities to ensure on-time execution of marketing budgets
- Support the customer RFQ (request for quotation) process and ensure customer queries are responded in an informative and timely fashion.
- Support the commercial team in daily customer engagements to ensure customer experience is optimized throughout the pre-sales process
- Support the tender process to ensure customer’s requirements are met and winning chances are maximized
- Support the commercial team in managing daily workflows such as customer database management, inventory movement, customer compliance process, vendor billing, etc. and ensure customer experience is maximized
- Support the general administration across the region to ensure overall commercial operation is run effectively and efficiently
- Provide coordination support for tasks within and between department /division
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 3-year work experience
- Experience in commercial operations
- Proficient in both English and Malay
- Diploma in Business Administration or other related fields
- Open to working on a 1-year contract
Desired Characteristics
- Experience with healthcare / medical device industry is a plus
- Familiar with the procurement process of Diagnostic Imaging
- Demonstrated ability to lead with humility, inclusiveness, and empathy
