              • Oversee workplace health and safety programs.
              • Ensure that the work environment meets regulatory standards.

                HR Strategy and Planning

                • Collaborate with leadership to align HR policies with business objectives.
                • Analyze workforce trends to plan for future staffing needs.
                • Participate in budget planning for HR activities and initiatives.

                  Employee Engagement

                  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events and company social gatherings.
                  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and work on improving engagement and retention.

                    HR Information Systems

                    • Manage HR software for employee data, time tracking, and performance management.
                    • Generate reports on key HR metrics like turnover rates, hiring trends, and training completion.

  • Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles preferred
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
