- Maintain employee records and manage documentation such as contracts, disciplinary actions, and promotions.
- Handle sensitive issues, including workplace investigations and disciplinary actions, with confidentiality.
Health and Safety- Oversee workplace health and safety programs.
- Ensure that the work environment meets regulatory standards.
HR Strategy and Planning- Collaborate with leadership to align HR policies with business objectives.
- Analyze workforce trends to plan for future staffing needs.
- Participate in budget planning for HR activities and initiatives.
Employee Engagement- Plan and organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events and company social gatherings.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and work on improving engagement and retention.
HR Information Systems- Manage HR software for employee data, time tracking, and performance management.
- Generate reports on key HR metrics like turnover rates, hiring trends, and training completion.
