ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable in execution channel or region specific activities which include timely and concise briefing of trade programs to sales team.
- Monitoring and updating progress of trade activities or programs.
- Compilation of report for post campaign & monthly meetings for internal and external.
- POSM Development - Develop & adapt visuals for promotions in trade in accordance to the promotion calendar.
- Manage suppliers related to printing of POSM in accordance with the timeline.
- Compilation of total trade activities from Brand and Trade Marketing for monthly Trade Bulletin communication.
- Capture minutes of meeting and follow up closely with key stakeholders.
- Support in administrative work where required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in Business Studies, Marketing or its equivalent with at least 1 year working experiences in FMCG companies in various functions (Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing/ Channel Development). Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess strong planning skills, good business acumen, good communication skills, creative and the ability to work independently.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge on Microsoft Access/ Power BI is a plus.
- Strong communication proficiency in both English and Malay would be required. Mandarin is a plus.
