- Over 5 years of team management experience with an international perspective.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, along with a strong ability to learn.
- professional experience in the hotel, travel, or hospitality industry, particularly in OTA or B2B channels.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
