Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Business Management, Tourism or any related field.
  • Over 5 years of team management experience with an international perspective.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, along with a strong ability to learn.
  • professional experience in the hotel, travel, or hospitality industry, particularly in OTA or B2B channels.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
