1. Have more than 3 years of sales experience in jewelry or chain brands, including at least 2 years of management experience in the retail industry;

2. Have good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills, as well as good information and data analysis capabilities;

4. Have the operational management logic of exclusive stores, and past experience in continuously improving the performance of exclusive stores through operational management;
