Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Culinary/Pastry/F&B/Hospitality or any equivalent.
2. Possess a positive, professional and pleasant personality
3. Good communication skill
4. Possess passion and willingness to learn
Responsibilities:
1. Support Halal implementation processes for production and outlet Halal management system in order to be certified officially
2. Conduct Halal and food safety audits to ensure our partners comply with the requirement
3. Maintain halal certificate for all products to ensure within a valid halal certification
4. Conduct daily hygiene inspection
5. Attend and assist to every food training conducted by the Head/Pastry Chef
4. Any ad hoc tasks given by the management
