Sales Promoters - Full time and Part Timers - Many Openings - to be based at all states in Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Promotion: Actively promote and demonstrate products to potential customers at retail locations, events, or trade shows.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and answer questions.
• Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to share with the sales and marketing teams.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in setting up displays and ensuring products are presented attractively.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for driving sales and improving customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM, High school; additional education in marketing or sales is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail sales, promotions, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective account plans and initiatives.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
• Must be able to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Able to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend jobs
