Job Description
- Handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements
- Support the Construction Site Staff with administrative duties, frame walk-throughs and site documentation
- Prepare and maintain communications and documentation with Construction Subtrades
- Timely placement of orders to maintain inventory of required site materials
- Order and maintain stationery & pantry item supplies
- Monitoring progress and reporting to construction managers, architects and clients
- Keeping detailed records of work
- Verifying payment claims.
- Manage cleaning/ Hygiene supplies ensuring facilities are appropriately stocked for personnel.
- Checking for site staffs’ attendance
- Any ad-hoc assigned by superior
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 years related working experience.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication skill
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
