Job Description

  • Handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements
  • Support the Construction Site Staff with administrative duties, frame walk-throughs and site documentation
  • Prepare and maintain communications and documentation with Construction Subtrades
  • Timely placement of orders to maintain inventory of required site materials
  • Order and maintain stationery & pantry item supplies
  • Monitoring progress and reporting to construction managers, architects and clients
  • Keeping detailed records of work
  • Verifying payment claims.
  • Manage cleaning/ Hygiene supplies ensuring facilities are appropriately stocked for personnel.
  • Checking for site staffs’ attendance
  • Any ad-hoc assigned by superior

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 years related working experience.
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication skill

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
