JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answers the telephone and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Orders supplies and equipment; maintains service contracts on office equipment.
  • Provides front desk coverage as needed for backup.
  • Monitors expenditures, processes payment requests for reimbursement; prepares purchase orders, purchase requisitions and ensures proper procedures for paying service providers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Handle general administration tasks, not limited to utility bills management, meeting planning and maintain office equipments.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team and staff.
  • Perform any additional ad hoc tasks assigned by management / superior.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in any disciplines.
  • Candidates with relevant background is an added advantage.
  • Teamwork oriented, willing to backup or assist colleagues from various department when required.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills, able to work under pressure and a good multitasker.
  • Computer literate.
  • Possessed good adaptability to fast-paced working environment.
  • Fresh Graduated are encourage to apply.
  • Willing to work at Telok Panglima Garang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
