JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answers the telephone and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Orders supplies and equipment; maintains service contracts on office equipment.
- Provides front desk coverage as needed for backup.
- Monitors expenditures, processes payment requests for reimbursement; prepares purchase orders, purchase requisitions and ensures proper procedures for paying service providers, consultants, and contractors.
- Handle general administration tasks, not limited to utility bills management, meeting planning and maintain office equipments.
- Provide administrative support to the management team and staff.
- Perform any additional ad hoc tasks assigned by management / superior.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any disciplines.
- Candidates with relevant background is an added advantage.
- Teamwork oriented, willing to backup or assist colleagues from various department when required.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, able to work under pressure and a good multitasker.
- Computer literate.
- Possessed good adaptability to fast-paced working environment.
- Fresh Graduated are encourage to apply.
- Willing to work at Telok Panglima Garang.
