Machine Technician

• Wear safety equipment and observe department's standard operating practices while attending to the machine.
• To carry out preventive maintenance and job change works accordance with Standard Operation Procedures, Work Instructions complying to ISO 9001:2008 quality standards.
• Assist in ensuring job change works are carried out efficiently with reduced down-time in order to achieve production targets.
• To monitor spare equipment stock level to ensure sufficient stocks are available for department's use.
• To arrange routine inspection, record keeping of machine condition and downtime analysis report.
• Responsible for improving machine efficiency in order to achieve Company's production target.
• Competently train subordinates to increase work performance and productivity of the department.
• Plan the deployment of labour within the department with regard to availability of equipment, urgency of repairs, and availability of materials to obtain the most efficient use of his workforce.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering Electrical / Electronic or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years or relevant working experiences.
• Physically fit, willingness to learn and perform hands on work.
• Self-discipline with good working attitude, spirit of teamwork and responsible.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented.

Location: Perindustrian Tampoi, Johor Bahru.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
