Accounts Comprehension responsibilities:

  • Understands basic taxation requirements for Malaysian companies and Singaporean

companies

  • Understands the processes of accounts receivables and payables
  • Understands cost analysis (fixed vs variable cost) to enable budgeting

Accounts Daily responsibilities:

  • Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
  • Prepare balance sheets
  • Track and reconcile bank statements
  • Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
  • Process tax payments (service tax & company tax)
  • Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process invoices and keep track of overdue invoices (more than 5 months)
  • Provide administrative support during budget preparation
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits
  • Prepare sales and project commission on a quarterly basis

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
