Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract prospective students to our institution and increase enrollment across undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs.
  • Collaborate with admissions teams and academic departments to understand program offerings, target demographics, and recruitment goals.
  • Create targeted marketing campaigns and materials tailored to different student segments, including high school students, transfer students, international students, and adult learners.
  • Utilize a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, print media, events, and partnerships.
  • Manage and optimize our institution's website and landing pages to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Develop compelling content and messaging that highlights the unique features, benefits, and value propositions of our institution and programs.
  • Plan and coordinate participation in college fairs, high school visits, information sessions, webinars, and other recruitment events to engage with prospective students and their families.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, educational counselors, and other influencers to promote our institution and programs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and ROI to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in student recruitment and higher education marketing.
  • Has connections internationally with agents to recruit international students.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in student recruitment or higher education.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including website CMS, email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
