  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating banking transactions. This role is crucial in creating a positive customer experience and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and general banking services.
  • Provide information about bank products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure customer confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (Speaking + Writing)
  • Fluent Mandarin (Speaking)
  • Minimum education requirement: SPM
  • Experience in customer service in a banking or financial environment would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Candidates must be willing to commute to the office: Petaling Jaya
