  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling office supplies.
  • Maintain and organize company records, including documents, files, and databases.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses and manage calendars for team members.
  • Maintain office supplies and keep the workplace organized.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
  • Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order, including identifying suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating terms following company or ISO policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed.
  • Conduct monthly stock take inventories of raw materials, update records monthly, and submit to the Finance Department.
  • Responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase orders and documents
  • Follow up closely on material delivery and logistic arrangements.
  • Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
  • Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
  • Review and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
  • Other tasks assign by superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
