Position: Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for a result-oriented and dynamic manager to oversee daily operations and staffs management. This role is essential in ensuring efficiency, productivity, and a positive working environment, in addition to support the General Manager in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operation to ensure smooth functioning of the business, including workflow processes, resources allocation, and performance metrics.

Staff Management: Train and develop staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team culture. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to the General Manager on operational performances, staff productivity, and areas for improvement.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to enhance operational workflows and productivity.

Budget Management: Assist General Manager in budgeting and financial planning, ensuring operational costs align with the overall budget.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external parties to coordinate efforts and align operational goals with overall business objectives.

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM4,500.00 - RM5,800.00 per month depending on experience.

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm

(Expectation of working on weekends during race events followed by leave replacement)
