Key Responsibilities
ANNUAL BUDGET AND FORECAST

  • Assist in the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to gather inputs and develop comprehensive budgets.
  • Maintain a rolling forecast to reflect evolving business conditions and align with strategic objectives.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

  • Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and providing actionable insights for corrective measures.
  • Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions and market fluctuations.

REPORTING

  • Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommended actions.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to enhance the organization's understanding of financial metrics.

COLLABORATION

  • Partner with various departments (e.g., operations, marketing, sales) to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support.
  • Facilitate discussions on financial performance and strategic initiatives to foster accountability and support decision-making.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

  • Identify and implement improvements in financial planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain documentation for financial models, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

AD-HOC ANALYSIS

  • Provide financial analysis and support for special projects, mergers, acquisitions, and capital investment decisions.
  • Assist in the preparation of board presentations and contribute to strategic planning sessions.

TEAM LEADERSHIP

  • Mentor and develop junior analysts within the FP&A team, offering guidance on best practices and supporting their professional growth.
  • Promote a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovative thinking and effective problem-solving.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the company.

Key Requirement

  • At least 3 to 4 years of FP&A Experience, preferable candidates with Manufacturing background
  • Exposure to SAP system
