Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract IT professionals through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.)
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and clients
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and the latest trends in the tech industry
• Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Basic knowledge of coding languages or technical frameworks
• Prior experience recruiting for different IT specialties (software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, etc.)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
