Job Title: Audit Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Leadership: Manage and supervise audit engagements, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant standards. Provide guidance to your team to deliver high-quality results.
- Team Development: Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their personal and professional growth. Review their work and provide constructive feedback to help them develop their skills.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs promptly and effectively. Ensure timely billing, collections, and risk management for each engagement.
- Project Management: Coordinate multiple audit engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively allocated.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Leadership: Exhibit strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve professional excellence.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize audit software and other tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in audit processes. Familiarity with these tools will be considered an advantage.
- Professionalism: Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and drive continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in audit, with a strong understanding of audit processes and standards.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple engagements and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team development.
- Excellent command of written and verbal English.
- Proficiency in audit software is a plus.
