Job Title: Audit Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Leadership: Manage and supervise audit engagements, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant standards. Provide guidance to your team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Team Development: Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their personal and professional growth. Review their work and provide constructive feedback to help them develop their skills.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs promptly and effectively. Ensure timely billing, collections, and risk management for each engagement.
  • Project Management: Coordinate multiple audit engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively allocated.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Exhibit strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve professional excellence.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize audit software and other tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in audit processes. Familiarity with these tools will be considered an advantage.
  • Professionalism: Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in audit, with a strong understanding of audit processes and standards.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple engagements and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team development.
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English.
  • Proficiency in audit software is a plus.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
