Job Description
Location: Royal Selangor Club, Kuala Lumpur
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive F&B Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Selangor Club. The successful candidate will manage all administrative functions of the Food & Beverage (F&B) department, ensuring smooth operations. This position is crucial in supporting the F&B Head with daily coordination tasks, including preparing reports, handling minutes of meetings, and managing ad hoc duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute administrative tasks for the F&B department.
- Prepare and manage reports, data, and files related to F&B operations.
- Record minutes of F&B meetings and follow up on action points.
- Assist the F&B Head in daily operations, including acting as secretary for internal matters.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth F&B services and operations.
- Assist in preparing and organizing events, functions, and other club activities.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management or any related discipline.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
