Job Vacancy: Production Technician

We are looking for an experienced Process Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and troubleshooting process and packaging plants while maintaining safety, quality, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety procedures are followed in the workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with:

FSMS: ISO / FSSC 22000

GMP: MS 1514

HACCP: MS 1480

QMS: ISO 9001

  • Maintain proper housekeeping and hygiene standards in the spray plant and packaging area, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements. Participate in housekeeping/GMP tours and audits as needed.
  • Report any issues regarding pest control, sanitation, or general cleanliness to QA.
  • Operate the Process plants to meet process and product specifications, including handling intermediate/finished goods tanks and raw material receiving areas.
  • Troubleshoot process issues in the Process area, Spray/integration plants, and Packaging lines, including intermediate tanks and raw material receiving areas.
  • Carry out activities throughout the plant, from raw material unloading to finished product processing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a process-related environment.
  • Diploma in Science or a related discipline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,350.00 per month
