  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB TITLE: INTERNSHIP HUMAN RESOURCES

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations (40% of time throughout the internship period)
    • candidate will be exposed to the employee cycle e.g. new hire onboarding, employee movement, benefits administration and resignation.
    • record maintenance and reporting.
  • Payroll (20% of time throughout the internship period)
    • assist in maintaining payroll data include leaves, bank account and etc.
  • HRBP - to support on Recruitment, Talent Development projects and Organizational Development (40%)
Essential Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration Applicants with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or its equivalent.
  • Preferably with knowledge in MS Excel
  • MS Office
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Self-Starter.
