Job Description:

  • Responsible for taking off quantities for tender drawings for tender purposes.
  • To assists in tender costing and tender analysis.
  • To assists in liaising with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotations for tender and project purposes.
  • To assists in preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ) for sub-contractors and Variation Oder (V.O) claim to Client, for all projects.
  • To assists in checking and verification of sub-contractors’ progress claim and V.O works.
  • To assists in preparation and monitoring of project budget to ensure each project is completed within the allocated budget.
  • To assists in preparation of final account report for completed projects.
  • To assists in preparation and regular updating of cost monitoring report(s) for projects.
  • Responsible to ensure proper filing ad document control for various documents such as correspondence, sub-contractors’ progress claim and payment certificate, Main contractor’s claim, etc.
  • Any other task which may be assigned from time to time by the superior and management.

Qualification:

  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or internships in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
